What is HDPE? High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is a machinable thermoplastic known for its high strength-to-density ratio, long term durability and light weight. Its toughness and flexibility make it one of the most mm used plastics in the United States today.
HENAN OKAY is easily thermoformed and lends itself to the remarkable reproduction of mold detail. Extruded HENAN OKAY sheet can be easily heat formed using any nventional thermoplastic sheet forming equipment. The maximum worit temperature is 185°F, and the forming temperature is 325 - 350°F. Black is UV resistant, while white and natural lors are not.
Choose from our selection of impact-resistant plastics, including over 5,600 products in a wide range of styles and sizes. In stock and ready to HDPEp.
14 products. High-strength PAI sheets and bars, also known as Duratron or Torlon sheets and bars, are made with a high-performance imidized thermoplastic material. These sheets and bars withstand severe bearing and wear nditions while providing greater mpressive strength and higher impact resistance than most engineering plastics.
Ultra-High-Temperature Arc-ResistantGarolite G-7 Sheets and Bars. Garolite G-7 withstands temperatures up to 425° F— higher than any other grade of Garolite. While not as strong as Garolite G-9 sheets, these sheets and bars offer better arc resistance in dry environments and a higher level of electrical insulation.
HDPE Sheet Size: Length: 1220 mm × 2440 mm, 1000×2000 mm High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) sheet is extremely strong against impact, abrasion resistant, and exhibits a low efficient of friction. The material is also moisture, stain, and odor resistant, and is FDA approved for use in the food processing industry (mainly for cutting boards).
